Agency Mode

Last updated: 2026-03-01
Agency Mode transforms Axerto into a multi-client workspace. Create an Organization, invite team members with role-based access, assign clients to specific team members, and give each client read-only access to their own landing pages and leads — all under your brand.

How to use it

  1. Create an Organization

In the workspace switcher (top nav), click 'Create Organization'. Give it a name and upload a logo. An Agency plan is required.

  2. Invite team members

Go to Agency Dashboard > Members. Click 'Invite'. Choose a role: Admin (full management), Member (create/edit landings), or Client (read-only portal).

  3. Add clients

Go to the Clients section. Create a record for each of your end-clients (name, logo, notes). Clients scope which landing pages a Client-role user can view.

  4. Assign client access

In the Members list, click 'Access' next to a Client-role member. Select which clients they can view using the multi-select. No selection grants access to all org clients.

  5. Download PDF reports

From the Agency Dashboard, click the PDF icon next to any client to download a branded performance report with lead stats, conversion data, and your agency logo.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Admin, Member, and Client roles?
Admin: invite/remove members, manage org settings, change member roles, create landings. Member: create and edit landings only. Client: read-only access to assigned landing pages and leads — cannot edit anything.
Can a Client-role user access the Visual Editor?
No. Clients are automatically redirected from the editor to the read-only landing detail page. All write endpoints return 403 Forbidden for the client role.
Are org-mode landings visible when I switch to solo mode?
No. Org-mode landings are only visible when the org workspace is active. Solo mode shows only landings with no organization assigned.
