Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Axerto. They cover your account, the content you create, payments, and what you can and cannot do on the platform. Last updated: April 2026.
01. Account registration
You may create an account using email and password or through Google sign-in. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
02. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
03. User-generated content
You own the landing pages, copy, and images you produce with Axerto. We do not claim any rights over your output. You are responsible for what your pages contain — including verifying that AI-generated text is accurate and compliant with advertising platform policies before running paid traffic to it.
04. Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
When you use Axerto to collect personal data from third parties (e.g., leads on your landing pages), you act as the Data Controller and Axerto acts as the Data Processor.
You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and provided all necessary privacy notices to such third parties. Axerto shall process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and in accordance with your instructions.
05. AI-generated content
Axerto utilizes AI models to generate content. You own the output generated for your account. However, due to the nature of AI, output may not be unique across different users.
06. Advertising Platforms
Axerto provides tools to retrieve data from third-party advertising platforms like Google Ads to facilitate content creation. By connecting your Google Ads account, you grant Axerto Read-Only access to your campaign data for this purpose.
Axerto is not affiliated with Google or any other advertising network. You remain solely responsible for your advertising account, ad spend, and compliance with the advertising platform's policies.
07. Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles invoicing, tax compliance, and payment processing. Axerto does not store payment card details.
08. Acceptable use
Axerto is for legitimate performance marketing. You may not use it to promote illegal products, run phishing pages, infringe trademarks, generate spam, or violate Google Ads policies. Landing pages that collect leads must include your own compliant privacy notice — Axerto's policy does not cover your end-users.
09. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time, particularly if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to the service
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
