Lead Management
Every form submission on an Axerto landing page is automatically captured as a Lead. Leads include the raw form payload, visitor geolocation (country and city from IP), a configurable status, and internal notes. Forward leads to any CRM via Zapier or a custom webhook.

View leads
Open the Leads tab on any landing page, or visit the global Leads dashboard to see all leads across all pages in one place.
-
Set a status
Click the status badge on any lead to change it. Create custom statuses (e.g. 'Hot Lead', 'Called', 'Closed') in Leads > Manage Statuses.
-
Add notes
Open a lead and add internal notes. Notes are visible only to your team — they are never sent to the lead.
-
Forward to a CRM via Zapier
Set up a Zap with Axerto as the trigger. Map lead fields to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, or any of 8000+ supported apps.
-
Use webhooks for custom pipelines
Configure a Webhook in Integrations to POST lead data to any URL in real time. Supports GET, POST, and PUT methods.

What data is captured with each lead?
Name (if the form includes a name field), all form field values (stored as JSON), IP-based country and city, source URL, and creation timestamp.
Can I export leads to CSV?
Lead CSV export is on the roadmap. Currently, use Zapier to push leads to Google Sheets, or a webhook to pipe them to your own backend.
Are leads shared with team members in Agency Mode?
In Agency Mode, all leads from org-owned landing pages are visible to Admin and Member roles. Client-role users see only leads from their assigned client pages.
