Axerto is operated by the owner of the email address axerto.com@gmail.com.

Axerto collects only the information necessary to operate the service:
- Account information: If you sign up with email, we store your email address and password.
- Google sign-in data: If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address connected to your Google account.
- Usage analytics: We use Umami Analytics to collect basic, non-personal usage statistics.
- User-created content: We store content you create inside Axerto, such as pages, text, and other project data.
- AI content & prompts: When you generate content using AI, the prompts and generated results may be stored as part of your project data.
03. How we use collected information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Authenticate users via email or Google.
- Provide, display, and save user-generated content.
- Improve the usability of the service through analytics.
04. Payments
Axerto uses Polar.sh as a payment provider. Any payment information you submit is handled directly by Polar.sh and is not stored by Axerto.
05. Data retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
07. Emails and communication
Axerto may send account-related or service-related emails (e.g., password resets). Marketing emails are not used at this time.
