01. Who owns Axerto
Axerto is operated by the owner of the email address connect@axerto.com.
02. Information we collect
Axerto collects only the information necessary to operate the service:
- Account information: If you sign up with email, we store your email address and password.
- Google sign-in data: If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address connected to your Google account.
- Usage analytics: We use analytics service to collect basic, non-personal usage statistics.
- User-created content: We store content you create inside Axerto, such as landing pages, text, images, and other project data.
- AI Inputs: Prompts you submit to generate content are processed by our AI providers.
03. Google User Data & Ads Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Ads account to Axerto, we access specific data via the Google Ads API to automate landing page creation. We currently use this connection for Read-Only access.
- Account & Campaign Structure: We read your Customer IDs, Campaign names, and Budget metrics to help you select the correct campaign.
- Ad Creatives & Assets: We fetch Headlines, Descriptions, Sitelinks, Callouts, and Structured Snippets to ensure your landing page matches your ads ('Message Match').
- Keywords & Geo-Targeting: We retrieve high-performing keywords and location targets (Geo Names) to contextualize the landing page copy.
- Conversion Settings: We read Conversion Action IDs and Labels to automatically configure tracking tags on your generated pages.
- No Write Operations: Axerto does not currently create, update, or delete campaigns, ads, or keywords in your Google Ads account.
04. How we use collected information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Authenticate users via email or Google.
- Generate high-relevance landing page content based on your Google Ads data.
- Automatically configure conversion tracking integration.
05. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Axerto's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
06. Payments
Payments for Axerto subscriptions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. Axerto does not directly store your credit card or sensitive payment information on our servers.
07. Data retention
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account exists. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
09. Legal Basis for Processing (EU Users)
If you are a user from the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above depends on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
- Contractual Necessity: We process your account data to provide the Service you have requested (e.g., generating landing pages).
- Legitimate Interests: We process usage data to improve Axerto, ensuring security, and fraud prevention.
- Consent: For optional integrations (like Google Ads), we process data based on your explicit consent given when you connect the service.
10. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)
Axerto is committed to ensuring you can exercise your privacy rights. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights:

- The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

- The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
